Flag football with the Minnesota JCC Capp Center is all about small group coaching and fun competition! Week 1 we will practice in the Highland Park neighborhood (~5 minutes from the J). Weeks 2-5 we will play teams from a nearby league! (~15-20 minutes from the J). JCC youth sports staff will coach all teams.
